Most guys will tell me that… “I am a handy man…I will save the money and inspect it myself.” I always tell my clients to get a licensed home inspector. These professionals have been trained to inspect and look for problems that a lay person may miss. Pay the money-and get a little of piece of mind. After all-your home is usually your largest investment.
